Intro About Company
Incorporated in the Republic of Maldives in 2007, Hotels and Resort Construction Private Limited (HRC) is engaged in providing distinctive excellence in the construction of exquisite island resorts. It started off as an exclusive resort builder in the Republic of Maldives – the tourist paradise.
Backdrop
HRC is a family business headed by Chairman, Mr. Mohamed Ali Janah, and supported by a young and vibrant management team currently led by his daughter Ms Ayesha Nurain Janah as Executive Vice Chair.
Mr Janah established HRC as a trusted name in construction and development of hotels and resorts, having earned its way into the confidence and trust of its many respected clients. The Company is appreciated and renowned among competitors and clients for the consistency in bringing professionalism to every little detail of its operations. Mr Janah was inspired by his industrious father (Mr. Ali Hussein, a name renowned and enjoying superior goodwill till date in the Maldives) and his honest and humble beginnings in contracting work in the 1970s.

What We Do?
We have been successfully undertaking construction projects of tourist resorts on turnkey and on other custom designed basis in the Maldives since our inception. In fact, over the past several years the Company, together with its parent company, has undertaken and successfully completed over 35 resort construction projects of varying magnitude in the Maldives.
Our indelible creations invisibly shine throughout the hospitality industry in Maldives. The Company takes up the development, construction, renovation and upgrading and refurbishment of tourist resorts in different parts of Maldives.
Complete in record time the total demolition and reconstruction of entire resorts and construction of exclusive over-water bungalows to meet elegant aesthetic requirements or creating unique health spas and dive schools, to exceptionally high standards.
