SUPPLY & INSTALL MEP SERVICES

Apart from undertaking construction and building of tourist resorts and other civil works, the Company also undertakes the supply and installation of all machinery and equipment required for the hospitality industry. Starting from front-of-house  (FOH) equipment and networks to all back-of-house (BOH) plants, equipment, machinery etc.

The Company strives to ensure that the basic, the intricate to the luxuriant requirements of the hospitality industry are met with equal dexterity and ease. 

We also specialize in the import, supply and installation offirefighting equipments and maintenance of these custom designed systems wherever required.

STRUCTURAL, ARCHITECTURAL, INTERIOR DESIGN, LOGISTICS AND ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS FOR RESORTS

HRC provides a total turnkey solution for investors engaged in hospitality industry. Our service portfolio includes undertaking the Architectural, Interior Design, Logistics and Structural Engineering solutions starting from the putting together of concept drawings to detailed drawings of entire tourist resort islands. 
Building a tourist resort island is in effect building an entire micro-township including:
Water Desalination Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants, Roadways and pathways, Interior Designing including FF&E, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Works including Kitchen and Laundry, Power Houses and fuel farms

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANCY FOR TOURIST RESORT CONSTRUCTION

We provide total solutions for the construction of resorts: Environmental and Biophysical Surveys, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Beach protection including construction of Revetments, Beach-scaping, Reef-scaping, Beach Enhancement and Land Reclamation, Landscaping and gardening

CONSTRUCTION OF UTILITIES SERVICES AND DOMESTIC AIRPORTS

We are also engaged in the development of utilities services such as sewerage systems and water desalination systems for inhabited island populations. Currently the Company is in the process of developing utilities services for three inhabited islands in the South of Maldives. 
As part of the diversification of the Company’s portfolio of services, we have also ventured into the construction of a domestic airport in the Maldives.
