Hotels and Resorts Construction (HRC)’s team is thrilled to announce that our Chairman, Mohamed Ali Janah, has been appointed to the Global Advisory Council of the Commonwealth Businessmen's “Club”.
Mr. Mohamed Ali Janah, the Chairman of Hotels and Resort Construction Pvt Ltd, as a successful Maldivian businessman, has been recognized by the Commonwealth Advisory Board as a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in various business fields. He is the current President of the Maldives National Association for Construction Industry (MNACI) and the National Federation of Maldivian Employers (NFME). He also served as the 45th President of the International Federation of Asian and Western Pacific Contractors’ Associations (IFAWPCA), until November of 2022. Furthermore, he holds the distinguished title of Honorary Consul- General of Hungary to the Maldives.
Mr. Janah's appointment to the Global Advisory Council is a testament to his outstanding leadership, business acumen, and dedication to the industry. He has also been the recipient of several national awards in the country, including the National Award for Architecture and Consultancy awarded by the Government of Maldives in 2017 and the Maldives Entrepreneur Award in 2018.
