01. Description
Maldives Business Awards held their first ever award and Gala night on the 22nd of December 2018. Maldives Business Awards awarded all 23 winners. 185 applicants participated across 25 categories. Out of those, 56 were selected as finalists and 23 were named winners following over 100 hours of judging. A panel of judges and public voting via SMS was conducted to select the winners.
Mr. Mohamed Ali Janah was awarded the "Entrepreneur Of The Year" under the category of Individual Excellence at the event. He was selected after being shortlisted by the judging panel and finally public voting.
